A cute pair of vintage deadstock reversible "boy shorts", feature a black checkered plaid on one side and solid black on the other, and still has its original tags, circa 1960s.

The never worn “reversible surf rider” pair is double sided and consists of a cotton fabric with black checkered windowpane plaid and solid jet black on the reverse, as shown. 

It has a hidden metal side zipper, semi-elastic waist in back, split side leg, an embroidered label for “Campus” with size “36”, and original hang tag for “Campus” which includes “Reversible Surf Rider”, “Extra Trim Fit”, along with a tag for  “Avondale” with “Perma-Pressed Cotton” and fabric care instructions on the reverse side.

Very good “like new” condition – vibrant and intact.
